1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Void Quantum website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
2. Service Provision
Void Quantum provides AI consulting, strategy, and software development services. Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, all proprietary AI methodologies and platforms developed by Void Quantum remain the intellectual property of Void Quantum. Custom software developed specifically for a client will be governed by the terms of the individual service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Void Quantum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI implementations or strategic advice.
